Ingredients (Serves 1 little tummy- double/multiply up as required!) -
🛒 1 Nana Manners Silly Sausage (available at Tescos)
🛒 50g pancetta (cubed)
🛒 40g mini-shell pasta (or any pasta shape!)
🛒 Drizzle of olive oil
🛒 2 tbsps frozen peas
🛒 1 tbsp crème fraîche
🛒 Juice of ¼ lemon
🛒 Small grating of finely grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
✅ How to cook -
⭐️ Boil your pasta shells in a small saucepan and drain once cooked al-dente (reserving a little pasta water for later)
⭐️ While the pasta is cooking, put small frying pan over a medium heat and cook the pancetta and the sausage until golden and crisp.
⭐️ Next remove your sausage to serve separately on the plate or remove and chop into small chunks and return back to the pan to include in the pasta itself.
⭐️ Next add the crème fraîche, stirring to combine before
adding your cooked pasta and lemon juice.
⭐️ Allow the mixture to thicken a little, adding a splash of the pasta water if needed!
⭐️ Whilst the pasta and sauce is thickening, add the frozen peas to a small bowl and place in the microwave for 1 minute until cooked.
⭐️ Finally, add the peas to your pasta.
⭐️ Finish with a little Parmesan to taste.
