Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute, creative, and strategic Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with management to craft and execute content strategies that align with our brand’s objectives. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, driving engagement, and growing our online community, with the flexibility of working both in the office and from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) for social media platforms that align with our brand voice and values.
- Strategy Ideation & Execution: Collaborate with management to design and implement social media strategies that support overall business goals.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with our online audience.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all content and messaging is consistent with Nanas Manners' tone and objectives.
- Campaign Support: Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring that social media activities complement broader marketing efforts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy execution.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Proficient with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented.
- Commercial Awareness: An understanding of how social media can drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to come up with innovative content ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Location
- A Part-time role with flexibility in working hours (to be discussed during the interview process).
- Location: Hybrid role, with a combination of working remotely and at our office.
